Mail-In Quilts

If you do not live in Utah, don’t sweat it. I accept quilts in the mail!

“I love the rebelliousness of snail mail, and I love anything that can arrive with a postage stamp.”

— Diane Lane

How to Mail-In Your Quilt Top

Book it.

After you purchase your appointment, I will send you a quilt submission form. This is where you put your address and select that you are NOT interested in local drop-off/pick-up. You will also indicate if you would like to purchase additional insurance for the trip back to you.

This shows me that you will be sending me a quilt in the mail. When I receive your form, I will send you my address.

Ship it.

You will fold up your quilt top, backing, and potentially backing (if using minky backing, please send it through the dryer on air fluff first!) You will then put them all in a plastic bag. A garbage bag will work just fine. This will protect them from damage if there is inclement weather.

Once it is wrapped up, put it in a box, add my address to the label and off it goes!

Send it back.

Once I finish the quilting, I will package your quilt, extra backing, and extra batting in a package. It will either be a flat rate box, or a larger box. I will choose whichever option is cheaper. The shipping cost will be added to your invoice.

Once you pay your invoice, I will ship it back! Easy as pie!
